hello, agenda from todays meeting!

Currently we are making the flyer, to be handed out today, and on the night. Face book is being sorted by Clare tonight. ( and possibly e-mail Vanessa, Roddy and Jane)

Foam board, and spray will be supplied by Nathan, to be completed on Sat.  (photos will be completed) (for those that are present we can run a dress rehearsal to see how interaction will work)

Ballet boxes, being looked into today by Tara, If Tara does not have success, she will inform Susanne. 

Wine and Nibbles to be sorted by Bex for Tuesday, 

Charlie to sort out cups, throws......... for Tuesday

Bex to speak with Connie to see if she wants to join us at Space 109.
